Hope everyone has been doing well after all these years. I moved out to Southern Ca.  back in 96. My 4 brothers and parents are out here on the west coast as well. Not sure if I can make out for the reunion, but I do hope everyone has a great time! Send Steve a MessageSend Steve a Message

THE REUNION WAS AWESOME!  Very special thanks to Gay and her husband Chris for making it a tremendous success.
I feel like we didn't have enough time, though.  We certainly can't wait another 10 years but we'll give Gay a break for a while.  For those of you that weren't able to make it, we missed you.  For all you others, it was great..........

It's been so much fun reading all of your life updates, I decided it was finally time to add mine.
I graduated from LSU in accounting in 1982 and practiced as a CPA in Baton Rouge for 5 years.
I moved to Lafayette, LA in 1987 when I married my husband, Kyle.  We have one son, Rees, who is a freshman at St. Thomas More High School in Lafayette.  He's a football player and we love following high school sports.  In fact, STM played Catholic High last fall at Olympia Stadium and it brought back soooooo many wonderful, wild memories.  It was the first time I had been to that stadium since our senior year.
My husband is an attorney and I'm doing some part time accounting work for a non-profit agency.  Lafayette is a great community and we have many dear friends.  However, I still love to keep in touch with many of you, especially those still in BR.
We are HUGE LSU fans and are in BR for every home football game.  It's been such fun to celebrate the Tiger's success.
Can't wait till June.  Hope to see you all there!

Instrument Tech Married
I've been living in Kingston, TN for about 13 years now. I work at a plant that produces sugar, ethanol and HFCS.

I followed the nuclear energy trail for about 17 years working as an inspector. I worked River Bend, 2 units at the South Texas Project down below Houston on the coast, 2 units at Comanche Peak west of Fort Worth, and Unit 1 at TVA's Watts Bar Station here in Tennessee.  After the nukes played out I worked in upstate New York for a couple of years for Raytheon, a short stint at a couple of power plants in the Washington DC area and also at a refinery in the Virgin Islands for about 6 months. I finally landed a permanent position close to the home I have maintained here in Tennessee and really love it here. I live on Watts Bar lake west of Knoxville not far from the Smokey Mountains. I still water ski and ride motorcycles in my spare time.

Hopefully I'll be able to make the reunion in June.

March 05, 1960 Education Married

Unfortunately due to the amount of snow days this year, my last day of school is June 20th. I'm unable to make it down south and will miss being there. I found my Senior T-Shirt! I just had to take a picture and share. Hope it brings as many good memories to y'all as it does me.

I’ve enjoyed reading the posted comments.  It really is nice to see what you’ve been up to and how everyone is doing.   I’ve lived in Maine since 1987.  I’ve been married for 24 years to Marc, who graduated from Broadmoor.  We met when I was in the LSU Band.  I teach a Character Education and Bullying Prevention program in a pre-K to 6th grade elementary school.  I still keep in touch with several friends from Tara and Baton Rouge and would love to hear from you.  I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
